Blocking spam phone calls with iphone

For the past 2 days, I have been receiving spam phone call from #813-388-843, 5-6 times a day. and  no one would answered when I picked up the phone. I called at&t and they informed me that my iphone with iOS.7 can block phone calls. 

All you have to do is to add the number to your contact list, then scroll down to the bottom of the contact screen and tap "block call".
